• Leaving the scene of an accident with no injuries
  
• Turning off lights to alert drivers of speed trap

Red
12 Points and an automatic revocation of your license

• Fleeing or attempt to flee police officer
  
• Reckless driving
  
• Driving on a suspended or revoked license
  
• Using someone else's license
  
• Conviction of an assault or homicide using an automobile
  
• Driving while impaired
  
• Driving with nominal alcohol if under 21
  
• Using a car to commit a felony
  
• Making a false statement relating to motor vehicles
  
• Any violation while driving without the owner’s permission
